You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use laki101. We take this requirement seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited will be returned but any winnings generated will be forfeited.
Each individual player may maintain only one active laki101 account. This means one account per person, per household and per device in cases where shared device use is clearly being exploited to circumvent this rule. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, different mobile numbers or any other method — is a serious violation of laki101's rules.
When registering at laki101, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and your date of birth. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Your laki101 account password is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. laki101 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact laki101 support immediately at support@laki101.ws.
laki101 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds and in cases where our risk systems flag an account for review. This process is sometimes called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
laki101 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documents. During the verification period, pending withdrawals are held. Once verification is complete, all pending withdrawals are processed in the normal timeframe.
Submitting false or altered identity documents to laki101 is a serious offence. Any account found to have done so will be permanently suspended and reported as required by applicable rules. All balances will be forfeited.
laki101 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals in PKR: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion fees are applied.
Funds deposited at laki101 must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This means you need to have placed bets totalling at least your deposited amount before the deposit portion can be withdrawn. This is a standard platform requirement to prevent payment processing abuse and is not a bonus condition — it applies to all accounts.
Genuine winnings from real gameplay are never withheld at laki101 without reason. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number and it will be investigated as a priority.
All bonuses, promotions and cashback credited to your laki101 account are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. These terms include a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be staked in real-money games before the bonus (and winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on laki101 bonuses is as follows:
Bonuses that are not claimed within 7 days of being credited to your laki101 account will expire automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of a bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed.
Attempting to exploit laki101's bonus system — including through duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method intended to extract bonus value dishonestly — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
All game outcomes at laki101 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software in the case of automated games, or by physical card dealing and live human dealers in the case of live casino games. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Technical errors or connection issues that interrupt a game round will be resolved according to laki101's technical support policies, which aim to complete rounds where possible and void them with full stake refunds where not possible.
Each game at laki101 has its own minimum and maximum bet limit displayed in the game interface before play begins. These limits exist to ensure fair operation across all player tiers and cannot be exceeded by any means. Attempts to place bets outside stated limits will be rejected by the system.
In the event of a platform malfunction that results in an incorrect payout being displayed or credited, laki101 reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited amounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays — this is a standard gaming industry rule. laki101 will communicate any such correction to affected players via their registered email or support chat.
Sporting bets at laki101 are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches or FIFA for international football. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond 24 hours of its scheduled start, laki101's standard rule is to void all bets on that match and return stakes.
Live in-play bets accepted at laki101 are binding from the moment they are confirmed by the system. A brief delay in live odds transmission is normal and expected in digital betting systems. Bets placed during this delay are subject to the odds as confirmed at acceptance — not the odds displayed at the moment of placement if a discrepancy occurred due to transmission lag.
laki101 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to clearly incorrect odds — for example, odds that are demonstrably outside any reasonable market range due to a data or system error. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's laki101 balance.
laki101's VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier eligibility is based on cumulative real-money wagering volume in a rolling 30-day period as specified on the VIP Club page. Tier status is reviewed monthly.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or identity misrepresentation, laki101 may freeze account balances pending investigation before any suspension decision is communicated.
Players may close their laki101 account at any time by contacting support at support@laki101.ws. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed normally and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Note that self-exclusion requests result in account closure for a minimum of 6 months — this cannot be reversed during that period.
A laki101 account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. A monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 is applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Accounts with a zero balance after 12 months of inactivity may be closed without prior notice. Dormant account holders are notified by email or SMS before fees begin.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
